Shaggy-digitate and delicate. Massive, fibrous, vaguely cylindrical base. Numerous erect fibrous digits arise from the base. | pale yellow-beige | pale yellow-beige | small (1-2mm diameter) and large pores (up to 8mm diameter), which are scattered over digits. | fibrous stringy texture with fragile Halichondria-like consistency. | The surface is membraneous | renieroid reticulate near the periphery, becoming vaguely halichondrioid-reticulate near the axis | No specialised regional spiculation.
